Why do my drains keep blocking?
Recurring blockages almost always point to an underlying cause rather than a one-off clog. The most common culprits in Adelaide homes are tree roots entering pipe joints, a build-up of fat and grease, or a partial pipe collapse or misalignment.
Clearing the blockage with a snake restores flow temporarily, but if roots or damage remain, it will return within weeks or months. A CCTV drain inspection identifies the real cause so it can be fixed once — often with hydro jetting followed by pipe relining.
